The classic manufacturing technique for pins is minting. Badges can also be embossed and painted in several colours. The forms and surfaces result from the presentation: modelled reliefs, flat reliefs as well as multifaceted combined insignia. For large issues, economically priced printed solutions with synthetic resin are particularly suitable.
By default, clips with screw caps are used to fasten pins on the clothing. A vertical needle is pierced through the garment and is secured with a cap at the back
If you would like to avoid piercing your clothing, use a magnet instead a clip. Place the badge at the clothing and fasten it with a magnet behind. You can increase the magnetic effect, if you use a second magnet. One piece is glued on the backside of the badge.
When a special occasion, like an honour stands in focus we use straight needle for the badges.
These fastening techniques are used for large pins and badges.
The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Below this number, production does not make sense, due to start-up- and set-up-costs. An exception are high-quality pins and badges. For those can be also ordered smaller quantities.
Every badge and pin is individual and is manufactured according to customer requirements. Therefore, we don’t have a price list. The price results from size, colours used, the kind of manufacturing process and the order quantity. In addition, however, we have tiered prices that means, the higher the quantity ordered, the lower the unit price.

We have certain lead times. Therefore, the delivery time is about 5 - 6 weeks from the clarity of the draft.
The guideline is as small as possible. The motive should still be clearly recognizable. Try it yourself. Print out your logo in several different sizes and stand in front of a mirror. You will quickly recognize, which size is the best for the pin.

Normally you will receive a non-binding offer from us within 2 - 3 working days. Next to the technical details of your future pin, you find in the offer the graduated prices, payment information and the delivery time. You also get to know your contact person who will guide you through the entire ordering process.
If our offer meets your expectations, please send us your order with your graphic template. You will receive an order confirmation from us so that you can check your order details again. After you check and approve of our graphic design of your pin, the production process begins.
After about 5-6 weeks, it should be ready. Our transport service provider will inform you by e-mail about the exact time of delivery. We are also happy to fulfil your individual wishes for transport, packaging, delivery dates and locations.
From an order value of € 50, you can conveniently pay on account with us. We offer you 8 days 2% discount, 30 days net as payment terms.
